Upcoming Concerts in the Twin Cities

If you live in or near the Twin Cities and you're looking for some musical excitement in the next month, I'll give you a few ideas of some things to do that we still have tickets for. Kenny Rogers will be at Treasure Island Showroom in Welch, MN tonight at 7pm. English singer-songwriter David Gray will be at the State Theatre in MPLS on Monday evening at 7:30pm. On Saturday, March 5th, Clay Aiken will be performing at the State Theatre at 8pm. On Wednesday, March 9th, Canadian musician/singer Sarah McLachlan will be at the Orpheum Theatre in MPLS at 7:30pm. Cold War Kids will be performing at First Avenue on Thursday, March 10th at 6pm. The theatrical Irish stepdancing show Riverdance will be at the State Theatre in MPLS the weekend of March 18-20. The BoDeans will be at the Guthrie Theater on Monday, March 21st at 7:30pm. Amos Lee will be at the State Theatre on Thursday, March 24th at 8pm.

Events This Weekend in the Twin Cities

If you live near the Twin Cities or you'll be in town this weekend, you're probably wondering what's going on around here. Well let me give you an idea of some of the events taking place and how much it will cost you to attend them.  If you're into theatre events, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat will be playing at the Ordway Center for Performing Arts in St. Paul at 7:30 pm.  We currently have Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat tickets in the orchestra level for $95 a piece.  If Billy Elliot is more your style, the musical will be playing at the Orpheum Theatre in Minneapolis at 8pm.  Our remaining Billy Elliot tickets are $60 a piece for balcony level seating.  If you'd rather go see the popular 80's rock band Heart at the Mystic Lake Showroom tonight at 8pm, we have Heart tickets for $100 a piece in the center section.  There will also be another performance of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor  Dreamcoat on Sunday at 2pm if that works better for you. Those seats are currently $95 a piece in row N of the orchestra level.  Maybe you'd rather see the Minnesota Vikings play the Chicago Bears on Monday evening at TCF Bank Stadium for a once-in-a-lifetime experience- we've still got a few Vikings vs. Bears tickets priced at $95 for upper levels or $135 for lowers. Twin Cities Events This Weekend

Even though the Minnesota Twins are out of town until Monday the 28th of June, there is still plenty to do in the Twin Cities area until then! As for this weekend, Larry Graham & Mint Condition will be at the Minnesota Zoo Amphitheatre tonight at 7:30pm. Rock the Garden takes place at 3pm on Saturday at the Walker Art Center. The Jayhawks will be at First Avenue on Saturday at 6pm and the Gear Daddies will be at the Minnesota Zoo Amphitheatre on Saturday at 7:30pm.
