Bike Move '09
Back in '09 I moved from one of house to another. My parents came down to help me move the bicycle collection that took my entire back yard. With a trailer and a truck bed we ended taking two loaded-down trips to get it all...

Austin, TX
As expected, Austin had some great bikes in it.

Tallbike with fucking antlers!!!

Excellent cargobike make from shitty bikes. The basket is so cool because the guy is a furniture builder by trade.

Sick DIY stretch bike.

Window washer's trike.

I love these old cargobikes.

Some recumbent. Check out the handlebar setup.

Ice cream trikes are everywhere in Austin.

Austin Bike Zoo!
These bikes were showcased for the grand re-opening of the Austin Yellow Bike Project. They have other crazy animal bikes that weren't out including an 80' rattlesnake! Wowzers!

Cart Bike!!
I just realized I never posted this amazing beast. Me and Brian built this thing back in the deadly summer '09. Held together with U-bolts and hose clamps. No cuts, no drilling, and absolutely no welds. Rear suspension, 21 speeds. The basket is a shopping cart. It need at least 70 lbs. in the basket to function at all.
Lots of candid pix of some of my other beauties from the time.

A broom stick and two stems hold the two front wheels straight.

Fork U-bolted to cart.

More forks U-bolt to the cart.

Amazing DIY Cargobike!

This is amazing! I can't believe how much work must have gone into this! I've considered trying to build something like this, but this one is the bee's knees! Also, mad props for the ugly paint.

5-Wheel Cart Bike w/ Umbrella
I found the picture on this site, which has 28 pages of different silly bikes with short descriptions. Pretty cool.

The Dutch Bike
Fixie-styled Cargo Bike?
It's hard to believe but it's true. Somebody has build a crazy cargo bike with fixie styling. The front is so hip looking with it's matching tire and bartape, but the back is just a mountain bike with a shopping cart.

Limobike
Wow. There's a pointless mod. The page says that they were going for a xtra-cycle type cargobike, but this seems like the most difficult way with the smallest payoff. The bike is barely extended at all, even though there are a ton of new welds.

Cycle Truck update!
Cycle Truck update!
